中口备考方案
从今天开始到笔试举行，中间还剩一个月左右的时间，期间还夹杂着军训，可谓时间紧迫。之前并没有系统地进行准备，下面就卷起袖子（是短袖）就说一下备考安排。
在课上做了些真题后，发现自己的薄弱点在于听力中的段落听译与翻译中的英译中与中译英。而相对于后者来回说，英译中其实更考功力，需要积累。因此在这次备考计划中不妨把题型分成两类：短期突破型与长期积累型。第一类型依靠短期突击做题能力可以得到明显的提升，它包括听力中除段落听译以外的所有题型（其中statement有时也会出现一些防不胜防的不熟悉的表达方式）以及翻译中的汉译英。而第二类即为剩下的其他题型。
接下来针对各题型具体安排不同的训练方法。
听力的spot dictation应该是送分题，不必做其他特别训练，保持在两三天做一篇的频率即可。而statement以三天为一周期，第一天做题、批改加整句听写，这样既可以积累语言点，也可以同时提高自己的瞬时记忆力，第二天翻译所有的录音稿，作为翻译练习，第三天进行回译，即翻回英文，既训练中译英能力，同时也巩固了第一天学到的语言点。听力的第三部分未老面孔，可以说是从小做到大的，一次不做特别训练。句子的听译在训练时尽量采取除了数字外不做任何笔记的方法，训练以掌握技巧为主，因为句子本身不会难过statement中的句子。而段落听译则长期突破（每天两段）。
阅读每天两篇，先做题后精读，后阶段（考前两个星期）使用六级的卷子每天六篇，着重练习做题的感觉以及强化技巧、培养语感。对于阅读中单词，可以集中汇集到几张大纸上，有空时浏览。最后是翻译，汉译英近期强化突击，每天训练不少于2h，而英译汉每天一篇即可，因为英译汉的提高是靠前面所有训练的一同积累。
还有，每天必须背单词（近期是刘毅的10000，下阶段是六级词汇的研读）+做中级听力。他们都是提升能力的的最直接根本的方法。
每天有一定时间的英语网站浏览，但无论是学习还是其他用途，上网切记要一个时间只做一件事，否则伤大脑
